If they give it to a true rookie then I think Bogaerts runs away with it. Though if Abreu hits 35-40, or Tanaka is the Yankees ACE, then either could take it down, but my money is on Bogey doing enough to take it down.
I also think I agree that Strasburg will be in the Cy Young running, but ultimately I'd be surprised if Kershaw didn't win it, with that lineup and bullpen he is going to win 20+ this year.
I'll have my predictions up on Sunday, still have a few other things to get to before hand.

Red Sox and Braves had some losses but not so much to move them down so much. Sox lost Dempster, Ellsbury, Saltalamacchia & Drew, but they got some replacements, ells will hurt but the rest not so much. Braves lost McCann, Hudson, Medlen, Beachy, but Beachy didn't factor into last season at all and Hudson and McCann were each out for 1/3 of 2013 anyway, while Santana will offset most of Medlen's loss (not to mention the Braves had a lot of their offensive guys not named Freddie slumping last year so they could easily be a better offensive team this year). Both teams prob take some hit, but I could still see the Sox winning that division and the Braves probably the second favorites (to the Nats) in the NL East (the rest of the teams in the NL East just have bigger issues).
Like the Strasburg pick, but it'd be hard to lay Kershaw on the Cy Young. He looks poised to put up some historic numbers. Like Price for AL Cy Young, but I'd prob go with Felix, although either could do it. Hard to argue Trout, but catchers don't win MVPs often, so as much as I like Posey, I'd prob go with someone else, not sure who, if Hanley could do a full season like he played last year, he'd have a real shot (and on a great team), but I can't bring myself to pick him. Looking at the other contenders, don't see a hitter on the Cards to win it. Bryce could have a shot. If DBacks make the playoffs, I'd install Goldschmidt as the big favorite, but with Corbin down I'm not sure their chances (maybe the same for Tulo and the Rockies). So I think the NL MVP is pretty open to any hitter having a great season. Plus Kershaw could have a chance of being a winner. Altho that's also in the pitchers don't win category, he's setting himself up for that sort of season. For now, I'll go with McCutchen. I don't love the pick, and Goldschmidt is close, but I like the Pirates chance at the playoffs more and he's going to end up being the face of that team.
I wouldn't make any bets on ROY, unless a Trout type comes up, that's often an unpredictable one. Because sometimes a guy just comes up hits the ground running (and then goes away in future seasons, hinske, coghlan, etc.), so it could really be a ton of guys, especially hitters where sometimes a guy can get away with stuff before the league figures him out. That said, if Hamilton can stick with the bat, seems like that speed is one tool that will play elite immediately.

They're a last place team as presently constructed from my perspective.

If Yankees finish last in the division Matthew I will give you Felix Hernandez for FREE. Almost free any players you want to give me. One way bet Matthew. In that division nearly anything is possible. IMO Rays/Sox have the best chance to come out; I've got the Yankees 3rd but the gap from 3rd to 5th isn't as much as 2nd to 3rd. Though it wouldn't shock me for it to finish in the opposite order as I'd have it now either.

The Yankees will likely throw caution to the wind and spend more money if someone becomes available, ala Bobby Abreu being dealt from the Phillies for nothing, or Soriano last year. Just the way they are presently constructed they are a last place team, but I doubt they finish the year with anywhere close to the same infield they started with.
