GMs, a couple of rule amendments have been added, as voted by the TRP. These are not rule changes, rather amendments that gain clarification to some ambiguity in a couple of rules.
Amendment 3.1 - Tags may be traded, but the type of tag being attached to a player does not need to be determined by at the date of trade. Tags do not have to be declared until the offseason, as if the tag was owned by the original GM. Tags traded however cannot be removed once traded with a player.
Amendment 8.1 - The minimum signing bonus that a player can be offered is $100K.

? Can you give an example? It sounds like someone can trade me a tag, without it being attached to a player. Then later I can decide what kind of tag it is?
