Hello everyone and welcome to the offseason. I would like to announce the following rule changes for the 2021 season.
1. Due to the shit show 2020 season, position eligibility is a mess. If a player of yours does not have the position eligibility that you expect in Fantrax, please PM me, and I will adjust it manually per player. This is a one-time only adjustment off of last season's issues. If I don't agree to the adjustment, I'll kick it to the TRP, but don't hold your breath.
2. New RFA Compensation levels going forward. This is the new compensation for RFA. It has been viewed and agreed to by TRP
A. $25.01M and up 1st from winner, 2 1sts Comps in the given year, and 1st and 2nd the following year
B. $18.01M - $25M 1st from winner, 2 1sts Comps in the given year, and 1st the following year
C. $12.01M - $18M 1st from winner, 2 1sts Comps in the given year (our current top RFA)
D. $9.01M - $12M 1st from winner, 1 1st Comps in the given year
E. $6.01M - $9M 2nd from winner, 1 2nd Comp in the given year
F. $3.01M - $6M 3rd from winner, 1 3rd Comp in the given year
G. $1.51M - $3M 4th from winner, 1 4th Comp in the given year
H. $0.5M - $1.5M 5th from winner, 1 5th Comp in the given year
3. The Draft rules regarding the age of the player being drafted has been removed. Any international player of any age is now eligible to be drafted and assigned to a PP player contract. Any repatriated player should remain a free agent. So if a player like Tsutsogo became available, he would be draftable. A player who came up in the US, goes overseas, and then comes back, is a UFA.

Draft will be delayed by a week to further incorporate Jan 15th International Signees. Will push back further if necessary to ensure internationals are properly incorporated.
