1st Official Announcement.
As the new commish, I will be pushing through three new rules, mostly to ease league management for owners and the commish, and one to add a new wrinkle.
1. Waivers ==> Players are now waived @ 50% regardless of how many years. The tiered approach was hard to understand and implement, and screwed with the math. We are now back with the way most Dynasty leagues do it.
2. 50 IP / 150 ABs graduation for prospects. We will no longer enforce paying $0.5M in season for prospect inseason graduates. It's impossible to enforce, and penalizes teams that keep up on their roster versus teams that let it slide.
3. SB Budget ==> Each team will now get $10M SB budget for the season. The wrinkle is that this is the only budget you will have available to apply for SBs. You will not be able to use your regular season salary cap for SB purposes. This should even the playing field for teams looking to acquire prospect talent and still compete.
The rules have been updated to reflect these changes. If anyone notes an inconsistency, please make me aware of it, and I will fix it. Any questions or concerns, let me know.

Based on the input of the TRP, the SB rule will stand. $10M SB budget, and no Signing bonuses can be offered beyond said budget. But we will be implementing a new tiebreaker based on reverse standings, not first to bid. For the offseason, it will based on last year's standings, while in-season will rely on inseason standings, and I will post a reverse order when I process bids, so that there is no question as to what order was used. I will also be utilizing the draft pick tiebreaker for RFA that Jimmy implemented last season but failed to update the rules with, so please be patient as I update the draft pick order.

Bump UFA starts next week. Also please review the rule changes above, as they impact any ties in UFA, and impact SBs within the season.
