This league will hold an inaugural draft.

Draft will be 45 rounds long.

Any player, mlb, milb, or free agent can be selected.

Any team that drafts a player currently designated as a free agent shall inherit whatever contract they sign in real life. all Protected Players (less than 4 years service time) will cost $500k. All players short of the 50IP/150AB criteria will be free.

These draft picks will be tradeable. Draft order TBD.
