According to the rules:
(2) DL spots will be available, however only players that are currently on the DL may be able to be placed on the DL. Once a player has come off the DL in real life, he must also be placed back on the active roster with 48 hours. Failure to do so is an illegal roster, and all statistics beyond that 48 hour period will be void until all active roster obligations are fulfilled.
We are able to replace players on the DL, but the players on my DL, are still counting towards the player limit of 55 players, giving me the following message:
Your Team roster for this lineup period is illegal. Your Team will not accumulate any stats for this lineup period.
The maximum number of 55 total player(s) has been exceeded.
Fantrax shows that I have the following players:
Active: 9 Inj Res: 2 Minors: 11
Active: 9 Reserve: 6 Inj Res: 1 Minors: 18
18 Active, 6 Reserve and 29 Minors = 53 players + 3 on Inj Res
I will release a minor leaguer to make the roster legal, but I don't remember it being this way before. Am I mistaken?
