Teams will have a maximum 55 man roster:

25 MLB roster maximum

30 MiLB roster maximum

Minimum salary for an MLB player will be $500k

Minor League players will be free

Minor Leaguer players are defined as being under the limit of the 50 IP or 150 AB @ the beginning of the season.

Players in their first four seasons, following the surpassing of innings pitched / at bats, will be worth $500k and considered protected.

Protected Players will be able to be sent to the minors with no penalty attached.
