We are but a few days away!!!! Below is the schedule and some announcements/reminders:
1) first, a big Thank You to Brant who paid for Fantrax this year out of his own goodwill. Thank him when you can for his generosity.
2) Reminder - we added 2 playoff teams to each division, hence the additional week
3) I made one signing period for prospects instead of 2, and placed it in June, to be before the Bonus Baby period of real MLB. This was kind of the midway point before the previous two signing periods we had. This will A) more time in the early season to evaluate unowned prospects, B) take one thing off my plate later in the season and C) deepen the draft pool in the offseason. I think it's a win on many levels.
4) Finally - PLEASE GET YOUR ROSTERS AND CAP UP TO DATE AND UNDER THE LIMITATIONS BY SATURDAY (I am speaking to myself here too, so you can keep me accountable). I will try and perform roster checks this weekend. Fantrax will not score points if you have an illegal roster.

June 20-25: Prospect Bidding
July 1: All Free Agents cut (beyond this date) that have acquired MLB service time will not be eligible to be signed for the remainder of the year.
August 14: Trade Deadline
August 14: Last day to outright waive players for 2016
August 15 - 21: Revocable Waivers Period
August 25: Regular Season Ends

- Round 1: Aug 26 - Sept 1
- Round 2: Sept 2 - Sept 8
- Round 3: Sept 9 - Sept 18
- Round 4: Sept 19 - Oct 2 (Plus any game 163s)
