If a prospect is available on fantrax, they are eligible to be drafted. That means CHECK YOUR FANTRAX rosters and be sure you own all your prospects. There is no reason they shouldn't be on your roster.

im sure jimmy will give people some reasonable amount of time to pick guys up (i mean if you draft a guy today but are too busy to add on fantrax at that exact moment its understandable), but there are likely guys from last season's spec bidding etc. still not picked up. i agree those should be fair game. at some point people have to manage their rosters.

He is only talking about prospects that haven't already been drafted THIS year, all previous draft picks and FA signings that are not owned on Fantrax can be drafted. That said I highly recommend people pick up their draft picks from this year right after making the pick, that way you won't have to remember to do it later.
