Generals release Mario Lisson, career minor leaguer, no penalty
I know it is past the deadline, but I just realized that after my last trade I was over the limit for # of players

Generals waive
Adam West, P minors, no penalty
Tsuyoshi Wada, P, returned to Japan. I am assuming I still owe a penalty? If so he was $500k PP (2018) - so I would owe 50% of $1.5, so I will take the hit of $750k in 2016.

"If you drop a defined Prospect, you are responsible for half their salary for the year you dropped them only. You have no more financial responsibility to that player the following year."
Looks like you owe $250K...or $300K. That part I'm a little unclear on.

The half rule was written back when the waiver rate was a flat 50% for 2014 season. PP players are treated at 60%. Jimmy or I will fix the rule when one of us gets a chance.
