by that email there was. the league won't recognize cause it has to be posted, but that email was definitely an agreement.

I told her I changed my mind even said sorry to hear then I look on shout box and shes calling me a twat,unemployed bum and an idiot lol I dont wanna get back into all of that tho but yeah the stipulation of us not having a binding contract invalidate the trade.

i was only responding to you saying you hadn't agreed, you did, just because you decided to back out before doing the formalities doesn't mean there wasn't an agreement. but really, you should just leave this alone, you guys moved on, move on.

We were in trade talks one other time previously, and we made a trade with no issues. Anyone who wants can look at our team pages under transactions then you will see that this is a bold face lie cause I backed out on her trade trying to fleece my picks. |

Is what Matt did wrong? Probably, yes, and I sincerely hope it does not happen again. As owners, we need to be able to trust our fellow owners and this is one way to break trust. If you don't like it, just don't trade with him again. If it happens on more than or occurrence, report it to myself, Jimmy, and/or Matthew in a calm, private matter and we'll keep note.
Please don't let anything like this happen again, from either Matt's side or Amy's side. That's what we're trying not to be known for here.

I agree and I sent and apology to Amy lastnight, im sorry for this whole thing, and I apology for annoying you all with it. And Amy has been a really nice league mate really. And I agree I was in the wrong although we didnt type up the trade agreement technically I did give her a verbal agreement, so I see where I was at fault and why she reacted the way she did. I really enjoy this league and there are alot of nice people on here including Amy, I wont cause any further problems, and id like to remain in this league for a long time.

That's pretty awesome someone put up a site like that. I think in legal terms (given our constitution), I agree a contract was made, but it's just unenforceable. (This also confirms speculation that some guys might be checking in as guests).

Actually, the site was not letting me log in. No error messages or anything, it was just refreshing to the same page. I have had quite a few issues with this site on my laptop. My equipment is probably crap. Weird though.
Is there an issue with people posting as guests?
