There is also going to be a minor rule change in place:
Currently, only players exceeding the 150/50 player limitations are subject to be bid on.
If a rookie eligible player (player below the 150/50 threshold) accrues 1 AB or .1 IP in 2015, he will be eligible to be signed with a SIGNING BONUS. This allows better LT management of Cash, and allows the accrual of stats for a team with a player presently doing so. It avoids the issue of a contract like Solarte (no offense Hani), and overall is more friendly in the TRPs opinion.
If you Post such a player, I ask that you designate them as a signing bonus player. So when Posted, the title should look as such:
PLAYER JKL (SB)
This will be a big help to the league and also to myself or Matt or Gaz as we sort through bids on a weekly basis too.

"If a rookie eligible player (player below the 150/50 threshold) accrues 1 AB or .1 IP in 2015, he will be eligible to be signed with a SIGNING BONUS."
So as soon as a player gets 1 AB or .1 IP he is eligible for a FA only with a signing bonus just like the rest FA?

Yes that is the intention of the Rule Serge. However, what we are asking for is players with active stat capabilities. SO that player must accrue that 1 AB or .1 IP, this season. So if there is a player out there now that has 100 career ABs, he must accrue his 101st before he can be posted. Otherwise he will wait until the 1st Prospect Signing Bonus period if he is starting the year out currently in AA/AAA.
