This is a very simple rule.
It is impossible for the commissioners to keep track of every roster move your franchise makes, however it is vital.
It helps track player movement, and provides the GM with information on exactly how and when said player was acquired or moved. It also makes for a clean board, a clean league, and is a requirement.
The league requires you have a transaction log posted in a new thread below your team. The post should include this information and is visible to ALL GM's.
Transactions that need to be recorded:
Trades
FA Signings
Player Releases
Tagged Players
All Draft Picks
