I've read up on the what needs to be done when claiming a player but I'm unsure where to do it. I had anticipated each parent club would be sent an individual PM on the contract offer(s) being made and that they could then reply to that with their decision(s) but I wonder if this mass PM isn't the notification and claims need to happen somewhere else. Can someone let me know, please?

Surely (and we didn't call you Shirley) there has to be some adjustment to the rules that match the return a little more closely to what you're giving up. Any pick at all for Stephen Drew is an over-pay. It isn't like you lost Nelson Cruz or someone else with a significant chance to net scoring points.
