Did you miss out on Josh Hamilton, well you are in luck, Santa is checking his list twice and if you are good you can have this gem:
Experienced proven starting pitcher who has started 33, 34, 34, 33 and 31 games the past five seasons (2010-2014) and in those past 5 years his ERA has been 3.35, 2.94, 3.83, 3.39 and 4.51, all while pitching in the American league!! Over the same time period his WHIP has been as low as 1.187 and as high as 1.446, with only that one year being over 1.35 This gem has wins games (15,16,13,17 and 13 respectively) and his lifetime strikeouts per 9 is 8.0.
Questions you may have are "Who is this stud?" "Is he available in stores?" "How can I get him on my team?"
Well we are talking about CJ Wilson, and while a pitcher of this caliber doesnt come cheap (just a two year contract of 2015 $18.0; 2016 $20.0 ) he can be had for either a low level prospect or a lousy contract that you are trying to move, as long as the total is less than $38.0.
Get him now before he unpacks his bags in Jackson MS. Don't send your note to Santa, send a PM to the Generals. First come, first serve.
Thanks for shopping. Pete

Last call on CJ Wilson if anyone wants him. As posted in the chatbox, I am planning on waiving him before the 12/31 deadline to take the old 50% hit, so if you want him let me know ASAP. I will take back anything or anyone that reduces my waiver pending 2015 penalty of $19.0.
While CJ's contract isn't pretty and isn't worth the money at 2015 $18.0; 2016 $20.0, he is a decent SP if you look at his 4 or 5 year averages and double digit wins. So if you have some cap room and don't want to roll the dice on FA, let me know.
Again, I am not looking for any value here, just to reduce my waiver fees, so I will take back a bad contract that would cost me less than CJs to waive.
First come, first serve. Thanks Pete
