Sorry to post this here, what do we do if we try to add players in Fantrax and they havent been created yet??

I need to add two international signees
1) Adrian Rondon
2) Wilkermann Garcia

The first I can wait on, but the second was a draft and trade, which holds up a few other trades. Can he be picked up at a later date in Fantrax by the club that is getting him?
