not sure how this is handled, but we technically have a 72 hour waiver period, so i don't know if they can be posted until after the 72 hours expire. zero chance anyone claims soriano, but there's an outside chance someone could claim smoak.

I don't understand. First Tampa releases them and then he nominates them right away. First of all they have to clear waivers first and second, I hope Mr.Cigar understands that he can't bid on them unless the salary is the same or greater.
Sometimes I think they are smoking more then a Cigar over there and maybe he is not in Tampa but in Colorado smoke shop

I forgot about that - thats probably an easy rule to miss - the bit about if you release guy you can't bid less than his old salary.
