For me, it's part of my total transformation of my 2015 outlook. Before I traded Kershaw and Posey, I was going to have to go to Slimfast or Weight Watchers to get my team under the cap. I'm also shocked I was finally able to part with Lincecum and Nolasco. If Stassi continues to play well, and Gyorko figures things out, this is a steal for me. At least now, there is no one on my roster than makes me want water board myself for offering contracts/trades for.  Braves to agree

This was a long, long negotiated trade, something I don't usually like to do, but in the end its an odd trade because its really a bunch of guys that if they find their form then I'm a loser (especially with the extension gyorko signed) for a guy with a big contract (that carries its own form of risk). So we're really swapping totally different types of guys.  So finding the right value where we agreed was tough as its pretty easy to look at a lot of these guys very differently. But I think I'm in it for this year so taking on the future contract risk for Posey in exchange for giving up on some upside in gyorko/castro/stassi made sense. Don't like taking Lincecum and giving up Anderson who i like, but that and the rest was part of the whole value back and forth. Good luck Blue Sox.  Anyone interested in Lincecum?
